Henri Boillot is the fifth generation of the Boillot family and has been at the head of the Domaine located in Meursault since 2005, with his son Guillaume who joined him a few years ago. 19 hectares divided between whites and reds, mainly premiers crus of Savigny, Beaune and Volnay, including 3.92 hectares in monopoly with the Puligny-Montrachet "Clos de la Mouchère", a small enclave in the "Les Perrières" climate.

The vineyard is worked in a sustainable way andthe wines are bottled after 18 months in barrels. Henri Boillot is a perfectionist winemaker whose pure and precise wines, the superb monopoly "Clos de la Mouchère" is a perfect example, are in the firmament of the greatest wines of Burgundy.
