Champagne Bollinger Rosé

Since 1829, Maison Bollinger has been producing great champagnes with a powerful, refined and complex style on 164 hectares, the vast majority of which are premier and grand crus. Virtuoso wines, which are the result of a constant demand: Special Cuvée 1846, Rosé 1846, La Grande Année, Vieilles Vignes Françaises.
In 1911, Georges Bollinger's British agent suggested the name "Special Cuvée" to him, in the English style and without an accent. Indeed, he finds the expression "Brut sans année" inappropriate for a Champagne of such subtlety... More than a hundred years later, the name of the Champagne emblematic of Bollinger's know-how still contains all its history.
At Bollinger, we also make superb red wines, such as the one from the mythical Côte aux Enfants, in Aÿ. Since the creation of Bollinger Rosé in 2008, the Poirier Saint-Pierre and Montboeuf plots in Verzenay have been worked in the same way as the Côte aux Enfants to complete the production. Because only great wines can make great champagnes.

Wonderful champagnes dominated by black grape varieties and which, since 1884, have been approved by the Crown of England, which has awarded Bollinger the very prestigious Royal Warrant, the mark of the official suppliers of the Court.
