The Château du Moulin-à-Vent is located in the extreme south of Burgundy and takes its name from its old mill overlooking the valley.

Created in 1732 under the name of Château des Thorins, it was the property of Philiberte Pommier and now belongs to Jean-Jacques Parinet.

Château du Moulin-à-Vent produces mainly red wines from the AOC Moulin-à-Vent, including the prestigious single-vineyard cuvées Croix des Vérillats, Champ de Cour and La Croix de Londres.
