Domaine Huber is an Austrian vineyard born more than 250 years ago in the Traisental region, close to the Danube, a small viticultural area of 770 hectares with an exceptional terroir where the king grape variety, Grüner Veltliner, represents 63% of the planted area.

The Grüner Veltliner and also Riesling vines are planted on terraces on very dry limestone gravel soils that give the wines a unique acid and mineral structure.

The Traisental Valley offers a contrasting climate, with cool winds coming down from the Alps meeting warmer winds coming from the Danube, causing significant temperature differences between cool nights and hot days. This natural phenomenon, which is responsible for the perfect ripeness of the grapes and the development of aromas, makes it possible to obtain very aromatic dry white wines.
