Domaine Charlopin-Parizot is located in Gevrey-Chambertin in the Côte-de-Nuits.

Philippe Charlopin created the estate in 1977 with his father's 1.5 hectares of vines, and has considerably expanded it over the years, to reach today 25 hectares spread over 20 hectares in Côte-de-Nuits and Côte-de-Beaune and 5 hectares in Chablis since 2007.

He was joined a few years ago by his son Yann, and both father and son claim the power of the terroir, with as little intervention as possible during the vinifications. Many of their wines are accessible when young, but the greatest vintages offer great ageing potential.
