The Louis de Sacy Champagne House is located in Verzy, a terroir classified as a Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims.

It is a family estate that already had vines in Champagne at the beginning of the 17th century but it was not until the 20th century that André Sacy decided to produce his own champagnes.

He founded Champagne Sacy Père et Fils in 1962, renamed Champagne Louis de Sacy in 1986. His son Alain Sacy and his grandchildren, Yaël and Jonathan Sacy, are now responsible for the development of the House.
