Domaine Bonnet-Huteau extends over 40 hectares in the vineyards of Muscadet and the Sèvre-et-Maine appellation, about ten kilometres from the small town of Clisson on the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise.

A family property over 150 years old, the estate has been in the hands of the same family for 4 generations and today they are Rémi and Jean-Jacques Bonnet, who manage the operation. They seek to highlight the great diversity of the terroirs, with soils composed of gneiss, mica schists, amphibolite or granite, and practice biodynamic viticulture: ploughing, organic fertilizers, plant-based treatments, limited yields, manual harvesting.

Domaine Bonnet-Huteau has also been certified organic since 2005.
