Domaine Laroche extends over 100 hectares of vineyards in Chablis and offers great white wines in AOP Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru. For 40 years, since 1967, Michel Laroche has never stopped developing the small family estate of 6 hectares and giving it an international dimension. Domaine Laroche is now recognized as one of the very best Chablis producers. In 2010, Michel Laroche decided to sell the estate to the AdVini group, but the estate and the wines retained their identity.

The history of Domaine Laroche and the Obédiencerie is almost 1200 years old with the installation of the abbots of Saint-Martin-de-Tours in Chablis in 867. It was really in 1128 that the Obédiencerie was mentioned for the first time as a wine estate and it was from the 15th century that the estate began its development by covering many future Chablis Premiers Crus.

Domaine Laroche is committed to agro-ecological viticulture: no herbicides or insecticides, natural treatments of the vine based on nettle and valerian. In the winery, the same principles are applied: limiting inputs as much as possible, reducing energy consumption, using rainwater.

Today, Domaine Laroche offers AOP Chablis wines with the famous Saint-Martin cuvée, whose name is a tribute to Saint Martin, whose relics were hidden in a tower of the Chablis Obédiencerie by the abbots during the Norman invasions. It also offers many Chablis premier crus with the climats Côte de Léchet, Les Vaillons, Les Montmains, Les Fourchaumes, Montée de Tonnerre, Mont de Milieur, and grands crus with the climats Les Bouguerots, les Clos, Les Blanchots.
