Created in 1999 by Etienne and Raphaël Saint-Germain, Domaine Saint-Germain is located in the Bauges Massif Regional Natural Park and is now organically farmed.

Domaine Saint-Germain's very promising Savoy wines are made from the Jacquère, Chardonnay and Roussette grape varieties in white, and Gamay, Pinot, Persan and Mondeuse in red.

The variety of grape varieties used by Domaine Saint-Germain makes it possible to obtain wines without blending, some of which must be drunk young to capture all the freshness and fruit, while others must wait a few years in the cellar, such as Mondeuse noire or Persan wines.
