The Domaine Les Clos de Paulilles is located in the superb Anse de Paulilles, between Collioure and Banyuls, on 90 hectares of valleys and schist terraces, 65 hectares of which are planted with vines. It has been owned by Maison Cazes since the end of 2012.

On steeply sloping plots overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the estate produces rosé, white and red wines in AOC Collioure made from the Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Mourvèdre grape varieties.
