The Vercors Distillery is located at the foot of the Vercors and its 2341 meters of altitude, where Anne-Hélène and Eric Cordelle produce a Single Malt Whisky in organic farming and a 100% French Whisky.

The spring water is pure, crystal clear and unaltered by man and the barley is grown in the fields surrounding the distillery. The building is an old fortified farmhouse that later became a silkworm farm and now a distillery.

The range currently includes two single malt whiskies distilled at low temperature using a stainless steel still designed by Eric Cordelle, for a gentle distillation that allows for greater finesse and roundness.

The name Sequoia is given to the whiskies in homage to the hundred-year-old tree planted in the middle of the building's courtyard.
