Created by Olivier Decelle and Pierre-Jean Villa, Domaine Decelle-Villa is a Burgundy wine estate that extends over 7 hectares of vines, 75% of which are Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Savigny-Lès-Beaune, Beaune 1er Cru, Chorey-Lès-Beaune and Côte-de-Nuits-Village appellations. The different vineyards are divided into more than 15 different plots, the smallest of which does not exceed 0.10 hectares.

The entire vineyard is certified organic by Ecocert. All white and red wines are aged in 500-litre barrels or demi-muids, with 25 to 30% new wood.
