Jean-Philippe Charpentier settled on 5 hectares of one of the best terroirs of the Minervois appellation, after having taught at the agricultural high school of Avize in Champagne and having exercised his talents as a winemaker and winemaker in Limoux.

The grapes are harvested by hand and in the cellar, with plot-by-plot vinification and ageing in wood with great finesse, making it possible to offer great Minervois wines, including the famous Livinière cru, a first growth recognised in Languedoc in 1999.
