Domaine Dufouleur is a Burgundy wine estate located in Nuits-Saint-Georges. It is a family estate that was founded in 1596 by Gilles Dufouleur and has remained in the family for more than four centuries.

It is currently managed by Yvan Dufouleur, Guy's eldest son; and his uncle Xavier. In 2006, the Dufouleur family parted ways with the trading house bearing their name to refocus on the estate.

The vineyard is spread over many appellations of the Côte-de-Nuits and the Côte-de-Beaune (Fixin, Santenay, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, etc.) with a particular emphasis on Nuits-Saint-Georges and very beautiful premiers crus (Clos des Perrières, les Poulettes, les Crots).
