Domaine Le Roc is a wine estate located on 24 hectares in the heart of the Fronton appellation, between the Garonne and the Tarn. The estate showcases Négrette, the emblematic grape variety of the appellation, to which are added Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The estate favours concentration with perfectly ripe harvests and long vatting. He is not certified in organic farming but has been defending healthy and sustainable agriculture for 30 years, with respectful and sincere work.

The history of Domaine Le Roc began when Jean-Luc Ribes took over the family property in 1981. He was joined by Frédéric and Cathy in 1988, then by Pierre in 1995. It is a real family story where Jean-Luc is in charge of viticulture, a pioneer in the field of grassing vines, Frédéric and Pierre Salama are in charge of the vinifications and Cathy that of the operational management.
