Domaine Bonnardot is a Burgundy wine estate located in Villers-la-Faye, a small village located in the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits, a few kilometres from Nuits-St-Georges and Beaune.

The vineyard covers 22 hectares, including 3 hectares in the village and premier cru of Nuits St Georges in Beaune, and 19 hectares in the regional vines in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits.

Since 2008, Danièle Bonnardot has been at the helm and has taken over from her father Jean.

In 2021, Domaine Bonnardot made its conversion to organic farming after 3 years of testing on a large part of the estate: no herbicides or fungicides, but tillage, with sowing trials and early leaf thinning, no chemical fertilizers. The treatments are reasoned according to the disease pressure (mildew/powdery mildew) of the year and applied in certified organic products and the estate also carries out tests with herbal teas and essential oils. It promotes biodiversity through low walls, hedges, woods and beehives. The vinification is natural and without the addition of oenological products.
