Domaine Peter Sichel is a Languedoc wine estate located in the heart of the Cathar Country. in a beautiful valley around the village of Cucugnan, close to the castles of Quéribus and Peyrepertuse, at an average altitude of 330 metres.

The history of the estate dates back to the 1970s when Peter Allan Sichel fell in love with the beautiful Cucugnan valley in the south of the Aude and decided to settle there to reveal the superb potential of this high-altitude terroir. The estate was then called Château Trillol.

In 2019, Alexandre Sichel chose to take over his grandfather's work by offering a new terroir wine, in the IGP Pays de Cucugnan appellation. He reduced the size of the vineyard to keep only the best vines, and undertook the conversion of the estate to organic and biodynamic farming.
