Château Paillas, formerly Domaine de Paillas, is a family-run wine estate spread over a single plot of 27 hectares, on the plateau overlooking the Lot valley, in the Cahors appellation.

The estate has belonged to the Lescombes family for 3 generations and is managed today by Nathalie Lescombes and her brother Robert.

On this clay-limestone terroir of the Causse, the Domaine produces red wines in AOP Cahors made from the Malbec grape variety, complemented by Merlot and Tannat, with ageing in stainless steel vats.
