Domaine Schieferkopf brings together a variety of Alsatian terroirs and has been cultivated organically since 2010, certified in 2015.

Located on the only vein of blue schist in Alsace, it offers a mosaic of complex soils that allows Alsatian grape varieties, and Riesling in particular, to develop a rich and subtle character.

The estate's range of Alsace wines includes Rieslings (Via Saint-Jacques, Fels, Buehl, Berg, Baden), Silvaner, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Noir.

Owned by the famous Rhône Valley house, Michel Chapoutier, Domaine Schieferkopf has also developed in Germany on the other side of the Rhine, on three exceptional vineyards with granite soils.
