Château Saint Sauveur is a wine estate in the Rhône Valley that extends over 64 hectares at the foot of Mont Ventoux, about thirty kilometres north-east of Avignon.
Château Saint Sauveur d'Aubignan has existed since the 12th century and has belonged to the Rey family since 1936. Guy Rey and his wife were able to replant the vineyard and restore the estate, including the 11th century Saint Sixte Chapel which was part of the former monastery and now houses the tasting cellar. Today, Guy's three children are at the head of the estate: Guylaine, Florence and Franck Rey.
The estate has been certified organic since the 2015 harvest.
