Domaine Georges Noëllat is a Burgundy wine estate in the Côte de Nuits, located in Vosne-Romanée, which extends over 5.5 hectares mainly in the Nuits-Saint-Georges, Echezeaux, Grands-Echezeaux and Corton appellations.

The estate has very old vines that are more than 90 years old, the harvest is manual and the fermentations are carried out only with indigenous yeasts.

Maxime Cheurlin was only 20 years old when he took over the reins of this historic estate, once one of the largest estates in Vosne under the leadership of Charles Noëllat, Georges Noëllat's uncle, and which has since been divided, with most of it now forming Domaine Leroy. It was then taken over by Georges' daughter, Marie-Thérèse, and her husband Jacques Cheurlin, originally from Champagne, in 1991 and it is their grandson Maxime who is now at the head of the estate, after having cut his teeth at Domaine Emmanuel Rouget and Domaine Gros Frère et Sœur.
