Formerly owned by the Maume-Duand family, the 5 hectares of the Maume estate in Gevrey-Chambertin have been owned by Moray Tawse since 2012. Passionate about Burgundy and the terroir of Gevrez-Chambertin, Moray Tawse has entrusted the management of the Domaine to Bertrand Maume. The estate includes vines from the Grand Cru Mazis-Chambertin, Gevrey-Chambertin Premiers Crus and Grand Cru Charmes-Chambertin. The estate is moving towards biodynamics, an approach common to the other estates of Moray Tawse.
