Hayes is the story of Loucine Hayes, a young Armenian woman who was introduced to wine by her grandfather in Armenia, who became passionate about wine and decided to make it her profession. After her forties, she trained at the Château de Passavant in the Loire Valley with Olivier Lecomte and was introduced to biodynamic viticulture.

On his return to Armenia in early 2023, Loucine launched his first Ubuntu cuvée made from the Tozot grape variety, a rare grape variety found in the Yeghegnadzor region and which is usually blended with Areni in the greatest Armenian red wines. She is working on other vintages, a white wine (Halivoruk grape variety), a red wine (Milar grape variety) and a red wine (Areni grape variety).
