Domaine Fanny Sabre, great Burgundy wines from Pommard in organic farming

Based in Pommard on a small estate of 4.5 hectares, divided into numerous plots in the Beaune, Savigny-les-Beaune, Meursault, Volnay and Pommard appellations, Fanny Sabre is a talented winemaker who produces organic and natural Burgundy wines, from the simple and excellent Bourgogne Aligoté to the Pommard and Beaune Clos des Renardes.

She took over the family estate in 2005 and undertook rigorous work in the vineyard (ploughing, grassing, disbudding, green harvesting) with manual harvesting, in organic farming. The wines are vinified precisely, plot by plot, with fermentation in indigenous yeasts and very reduced doses of sulphur.
