Located north of Tournon, in the Crozes-Hermitage vineyard, since 2003, Franck Faugier has been managing a 16-hectare vineyard , the Domaine des Hauts Chassis, including 12 hectares in the red Crozes-Hermitage appellation, 1 hectare in white Crozes-Hermitage and 1.5 hectares in Saint-Joseph, on soils composed of large pebbles that accumulate the heat of the day.

The Domaine des Hauts Chassis benefits from a superb terroir on soils of the alpine diluvium or fluvio-glacial alluvium, large pebbles that store the heat of the sun during the day and release it at night. Franck Faugier defends the respect of grapes and vines through healthy agriculture: tillage, sustainable pest management, green harvesting, manual leaf thinning, manual harvesting, destemming.

Domaine des Hauts Chassis has been certified Organic since the 2017 vintage.
