Two-blade corkscrew in chrome-plated steel

The bi-blade corkscrew is an accessory that has long been reserved for professional sommeliers and is now becoming more popular with this modern and sober model in chrome-plated steel.

It allows you to easily extract a cork by leaving it intact, without piercing or crumbling it, and canalso be used to recap an opened bottle. It is particularly recommended for extracting the cork from an old bottle, from an old vintage, which time has often weakened.

It takes a little practice to get to grips with, but it is still quite simple: you have to push the longest blade slightly at an angle between the cap and the neck and then continue to push the two blades vertically on each side of the cap in small pushes until the cap is completely tightened. Then comes the cork extraction, which is carried out by turning the corkscrew while gently pulling it upwards.
