AN/2 is a red wine from Spain, from the Balearic Islands, made by Ànima Negra in the VT Mallorca appellation, offered here in the 2021 vintage.
The Domaine was created in 1994 to offer wines made from the autochthonous grape varieties of the island of Mallorca, from a blend of Callet, Mantonegre, Fogoneu and a complement of Syrah.
This wine offers a beautiful ruby garnet colour and complex aromas on the nose, mixing vegetal (eucalyptus), spices (chili), ripe fruit, leather and cocoa. On the palate, it is a well-balanced wine with a mineral background and a fresh, vegetal finish.

- Harvest
- Manual harvest in small 10 kg boxes.
- Winemaking
- Manual sorting. Fermentation in stainless steel and cement vats of 7000 and 10000 liters at a maximum temperature of 27º. Maceration for 15 and 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in cement tanks.
