Champagne Alexandre Bonnet Les Riceys Blanc de noirs Extra-Brut
This Blanc de Noirs Champagne cuvée from Domaine Alexandre Bonnet is made exclusively from the estate's Pinot Noir selections, from vines with an average age of 30 years, on various limestones and marls from the Kimmeridgian Jurassic, at an average altitude of 250 metres. It is dosed in extra-brut between 3 and 5 grams of sugar per litre.
It offers a clear, yellow colour with golden reflections and a fine and complex nose of white (pear) and yellow (peach, apricot, mirabelle plum), floral (honeysuckle) flesh, slightly spicy with hints of citrus and mint. On the palate, it is a full-bodied and sapid Champagne, very mineral, with a long and saline finish. It offers good ageing potential, up to ten years and will go perfectly with mackerel rillettes with Sichuan pepper, seafood or Iberian cold cuts.

The estate has been HVE and VDC certified since 2015 and encourages biodiversity through the establishment of orchards, truffle oaks and melliferous fallows. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.Data sheet
