This Blanc de Noirs Champagne from the Mater & Filii Champagne House is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, and dosed in Extra-Brut at 3 grams of sugar per litre.
This Champagne offers a deep and golden yellow colour and on the nose, aromas of red fruits enhanced by discreet spicy notes. The substance is powerful and vinous on the palate. It will be the perfect accompaniment to red and white meats, foie gras, cheeses and seafood.
