This 2018 Chignin Bergeron Les Filles from Gilles Berlioz's Domaine Partagée is a great white wine from Savoie made from the emblematic grape variety of the region's white wines, Roussanne: a confidential cuvée produced in only a few thousand bottles, a very beautiful chiselled work and a tribute to women.

It is a wine with beautiful aromas of apricot, fresh herbs and white flowers. The palate offers great purity, with a full-bodied, sapid substance and a long, opulent finish. This Chignin Bergeron is the ideal accompaniment to fish or cheeses such as Tomme de Savoie or Emmental. It can be enjoyed now, preferably with decanting and aeration for at least 2 hours. It can also be kept in the cellar until 2028-2030.
