Here is a white Chinon from the Chenin grape variety, a wine full of delicacy with aromas of white flowers, acacia flowers, fresh fruit with notes of honey. It offers a beautiful volume in the mouth and after a few years of ageing, reveals a more mineral structure.
The Pierre and Bertrand Couly estate extends over 20 hectares in Chinon, a vineyard certified "high environmental value" in the Chinon red and Chinon white appellations.
