This cuvée "Les Pierres Blanches" 2022 is a white wine from Burgundy in the Cote de Beaune appellation, produced by Domaine de La Vougeraie from 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Blanc. This "climat" of Beaune takes its name from its very calcareous soils and is located just above the renowned Beaune 1er cru "Les Bressandes". Pinot Blanc is a fairly rare grape variety in Burgundy and is sometimes blended with Chardonnay to bring its fruity and fresh character.
It offers beautiful fruity (citrus fruits) and floral aromas, with a refined mineral texture highlighted by the terroir of "Les Pierres Blanches" and a beautiful finish all in freshness.
