Villa Baulieu Cuvee Berengere Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence White 2013
The 2013 Bérengère cuvée from the Domaine de la Villa Baulieu is a white wine from Provence in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, made from 60% Rolle and 40% Sémillon. It offers a bright pale yellow colour and a superb and complex aromatic palette dominated by white peach and apricot on the nose. On the palate, it is a harmonious and very balanced wine with a finish on vanilla notes.
The freshness of the fruit is sought after in the wines of Villa Baulieu. The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small boxes of 10 kg to avoid the bursting of the berries and oxidation.
The terroir of Villa Baulieu is exceptional thanks to basaltic volcanic soils. Find the wines of Provence from Villa Baulieu at La Bouteille Dorée.
