This Côtes-du-Jura red 2019 is a wine from Domaine des Ronces made from 100% of the Jura grape variety Trousseau, certified in organic and biodynamic farming.
With a beautiful light ruby colour, this Trousseau offers aromas of strawberry and cherry on the nose, enhanced by light spicy notes of white pepper and undergrowth. The fruity palate is expressed on red and black fruits and will evolve with a few years towards aromas of sloe.
