This 2021 Côtes-du-Rhône from Domaine Guigal is a rosé wine from the southern Rhône Valley, made from 70% Grenache, 20% Cinsault and 10% Syrah, a rosé wine of bleeding with a short maceration and a long fermentation.
It offers a clear and brilliant colour and a fresh and expressive nose, with red berries, raspberries and redcurrants, and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is a fruity and round wine, elegant and well balanced. It can be enjoyed today with grilled fish and white meats and can be kept in the cellar until 2025.
