This Plavac Mali 2018 is a red wine from Croatia from Domaine Stina Vino, made from 100% of the indigenous Croatian grape variety Plavac Mali, produced on the island of Brac in Dalmatia. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
It is a beautiful Croatian wine with a dark ruby red colour and a rich nose with intense aromas of black fruits. On the palate, the fruity character dominates with fleshy substance and very fine tannins characteristic of the Plavac Mali grape variety. It will be the perfect accompaniment to a rib steak or Peking duck.
