Chateau Franc Baudron Montagne-Saint-Emilion - Box of 12
Château Franc Baudron 2020 is a red wine in AOP Montagne-Saint-Emilion and produced in organic farming. On the nose, it offers aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), roasted coffee and spices (cinnamon, pepper), with a lot of power in the mouth.
The Château's flagship cuvée, it is a wine that can be kept for up to 15 years in the beautiful 2015 vintage. Rich and powerful, it is made from 80% Merlot complemented by Cabernet Franc and is aged in barrels for 12 months. With age, it evolves into notes of undergrowth, leather, stewed strawberry with a velvety texture that is very pleasant in the mouth.
It can be enjoyed today with a Bordeaux-style rib steak, braised roast beef, duck breast with honey and roasted peaches, small game and cheeses, or keep it in the cellar until 2033-2035.
