This Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Boudots 2014 is a great red wine from Burgundy from Domaine Louis Jadot. Les Boudots is located in the commune of Nuits, on the edge of that of Vosne-Romanée, just below the Damodes.

It offers a dark ruby colour with beautiful aromas of red berries and spicy notes. On the palate, the substance is powerful and full-bodied, well structured, with a long and elegant finish. It offers very good ageing potential, until about 2033-2035 and can be enjoyed now as an accompaniment to Tataki beef, terrines, calf's liver, roast or veal chop or hard cheeses.
