Château Plincette 2017 is a great red wine from Pomerol from a small vineyard of less than 2 hectares in the south of the appellation, on a soil of sand and gravel, with 83% Merlot and 17% Cabernet Franc.

In the 2017 vintage, Château Plincette offers a beautiful bright cherry colour and an elegant nose, dominated by notes of red fruits, crushed blackberries, and gingerbread. On the palate, the attack is sustained and supple before giving way to a fine and harmonious wine, with a greedy and fresh finish: a beautiful expression of the great terroirs of Pomerol. It can be enjoyed today and offers good ageing potential, until 2038-2040.
