This 2019 Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Garennes from Domaine Vincent Bachelet offers a beautiful pale yellow colour and a very beautiful nose with floral notes of acacia and dried fruits and on the palate, a rich, well-balanced structure, with a pleasant tension on the finish.
You can start enjoying it today or keep it in the cellar until about 2033-2035. It will be the perfect accompaniment to trout meunière, pike with shallot cream or noble poultry in sauce.
