350.00 €
This 1993 Rivesaltes Ambré from Maison Cazes is a white wine vinified by mutage with oxidative ageing in hundred-year-old barrels.
It offers arich and complex n ez with notes of dried apricot and smoky notes that melt into a superb rancio. On the palate, we find these aromas complemented by fine notes of honey, prunes, candied fruit and dried apricots. Served at around 12 to 14°C, it will be the perfect accompaniment to semi-cooked foie gras, ginger or curried pork, blue-veined cheeses or almond, walnut and hazelnut tart.
