This 2021 Rully white from Domaine Faiveley comes from the climate Les Villeranges, a beautiful wine from the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy.
It has a bright light yellow colour and offers mineral, flint and ripe fruit aromas on the nose, very fresh and pleasant. On the palate, it is a sapid, elegant and round wine with a delicately acidic finish that gives it a beautiful freshness.
It can be enjoyed from now until about 2026. It will be the perfect accompaniment to salmon en papillotte or a vegetable terrine.
Domaine Faiveley is now run by Erwan Faiveley and extends over the Côte de Nuits, the origin of the estate two centuries ago, the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise.
