Château Tertre Roteboeuf 2007 is a great Bordeaux wine in the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation made from 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc.

It offers a garnet colour with purple reflections and a fruit nose that is still very intense almost twenty years after bottling, of black fruits, blackcurrants, cherries, with vegetal and peppery notes. On the palate, the expression of power dominates, with a supple and fruity substance balanced by acidity, a finish full of freshness and very persistent. A very beautiful Saint-Emilion in this vintage that can still be kept until 2030-2032, to be enjoyed with a prime rib and roasted red meats.

Château Tertre Roteboeuf is a small estate of only 6 hectares that François Mitjavile has patiently raised to the rank of the best Grands Crus Classés of Saint-Emilion. Find the wines of Château Tertre Roteboeuf currently on sale at La Bouteille Dorée.
