This 2018 La Marginale cuvée is a red wine from the Domaine des Roches Neuves in the Saumur-Champigny appellation. It can only be seen on the best vintages.

With an intense ruby colour with reflections of purple and cherry, it is a powerful wine with aromas of red and black fruits followed by notes of menthol, red fruit liqueur and star anise. On the palate, the attack is straight and powerful, the tannins are well present and already round with a long finish.

At the head of the Domaine des Roches Neuves, Thierry Germain has undertaken a formidable work on the terroir to produce exceptional wines in biodynamics since 1995.
