Parducci Wine Cellars was founded in 1932 by John Parducci and his family. John Parducci began selling the estate's grapes to neighbouring winemakers at the age of 14 before becoming a winemaker himself in 1940. Affectionately known as "Mr. Mendocino," John Parducci was one of the pioneers of Northern California viticulture, particularly the Zinfandel and Petite Sirah grapes that would later become the hallmarks of Mendocino County wines.
With John Parducci's retirement in 1994, the winery continued its journey to produce authentic wines that are now enjoyed by passionate wine lovers around the world, particularly the Parducci Small Lot Blend, Isabella, True Grit, Coro Mendocino, and Parducci Reserve cuvées.
The Parducci estate is deeply committed to ecologically sound viticulture with 100% green energy sources and a drastic water conservation and treatment program.
