Domaine Cottebrune, grands vins de Faugères en Languedoc

Domaine Cottebrune is a wine estate in the Languedoc region that extends over 10 hectares, on the plain of Béziers, on the villages of Cabrerolles and Caussiniojouls, at the foot of the Mediterranean Sea.

It is on this beautiful terroir of brown schist at altitude, surrounded by scrubland and woods, that Pierre Gaillard, a renowned winemaker from the north of the Rhône Valley, decided to settle down to produce great Faugères wines.

With his daughter Jeanne, he produces fresh and expressive wines, made from the red grape varieties Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and the white grape varieties Grenache Gris and Blanc, Roussanne, Vermentino.
