This cuvée Les Moulins is a red wine from the Languedoc in the Faugères appellation, produced by the Domaine Cottebrune of the Gaillard family.
It comes from the estate's youngest plots of Syrah and Grenache Noir, each for half, and offers a fruity wine, supple on the palate, with a fresh and mineral finish typical of the schist terroirs of Faugères. It will be the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, roasts or prime ribs.
