Domaine Aurore Bachelet is located on the heights of Santenay, in the south of the Côte de Beaune.

After her studies and several international experiences, Aurore wanted to return to her Burgundian roots, trained in viticulture and oenology, then worked for 5 years alongside her father, Vincent. It then took off with its own domain.

Aurore advocates careful work in the vineyard, controlled yields and sustainable viticulture, as little intervention as possible. The grapes are harvested by hand and the grapes are sorted rigorously.
