This Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly Blanc 2024 from Domaine Aurore Bachelet is a white wine from the Côte de Beaune, in the "Côte des Blancs" between Chassagne and Puligny, very close to the famous Montrachet.
It is a white wine with a pale gold-green colour, all in purity and finesse with vegetal aromas (lime trees), dried fruit (almonds), cinnamon and spices and with a characteristic flint mineral character. Suave on the palate with a good length, it is an ideal wine to accompany oysters, scallop carpaccio, trout with almonds, or hard cheeses (Comté). It can be tasted today or stored in the cellar until 2032-2034.
