Domaine Famille Paquet is a Burgundy wine estate that extends over 18 hectares in the Mâconnais.
The estate was born in 1980 when Jocelyne and Michel Paquet created Domaine des Valanges, in Davayé, with 6 hectares of vines and obtained recognition, in particular for the quality of their wines from Saint-Véran. Since 2015, their three sons have been at the head of the estate, Jean-Baptiste, Mathieu and Camille. Over the years, the estate has grown with 2 hectares in Solutré-Pouilly, mainly in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation and 10 hectares in the Mâcon appellation. It took the name of Domaine Famille Paquet in 2019.
The estate also adopts the principles of organic farming, the conversion began in 2018, and the first certified organic vintage was 2021. Respect for the soil and its biodiversity is essential, each plot is worked according to its needs (ploughing, grassing) with organic and biodynamic composts to stimulate the microbial life of the soil.
